I’m Georgui Kassaev, a REALTOR® serving Athens-Clarke, Oconee and Oglethorpe Counties, along with surrounding communities throughout Northeast Georgia.
Real estate is one part of my professional background. I also manage roofing installations and operate a millwork carpentry business specializing in windows, doors and trim. Working around homes and buildings has given me a different perspective that I bring to my real estate work.
I came to Athens as a circus performer and eventually built a career in acting, while also developing my professional experience in construction and real estate. Those experiences have taken me in some unusual directions, but they have all taught me to pay attention, adapt quickly and look at things from more than one perspective.
I work with buyers, sellers and investors in residential, commercial and investment real estate. I also assist people relocating to or from the Athens area.
My approach is straightforward: understand the facts, explain the process clearly, and help my clients make informed real estate decisions.
